How FearINN Works

1. Sign up and introduce yourself

Create your account and complete a short host application. Then start creating your draft listing right away.

2. Create your listing

Add photos, share your destination’s history and reported paranormal activity, and explain what guests can expect. Choose the booking type that fits your offering:

• Haunted Overnight Stay: Offer your property by the night.
• Haunted Daytime Visit: Offer private access to your property by the hour.
• Paranormal Experience: Offer individual spots on a ghost tour, investigation, or other hosted experience.

Set your prices, availability, and guest requirements. Include any property rules, accessibility limitations, or hazards guests should know about.

3. Submit your listing for review

When your listing is ready, submit it to FearINN for review. You can submit before adding your bank details, but your payout setup and host verification must be complete before your listing is approved and goes live.

4. Welcome guests on your terms

Receive booking requests and decide which to accept. You control your rates, availability, and who books.

Hosts pay $0 to FearINN—no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no host commissions.

1. Discover a destination

Explore haunted overnight stays, private daytime visits, ghost tours, and paranormal experiences. Find an adventure that matches your interests and comfort level.

2. Review the details

Read the listing’s history, reported activity, amenities, rules, and safety information. Check what’s included and review the cancellation policy before requesting a booking.

3. Request your booking

Choose your dates or session and submit a booking request. You’ll see the booking price, FearINN’s 5% guest service fee, and the total before submitting.

Your card is authorized when you request a booking and charged when the host accepts. If the request is declined, the authorization is released.

4. Get ready for your adventure

Once your host accepts, your booking is confirmed. Coordinate any arrival details through FearINN messaging, follow your host’s instructions, and enjoy the experience.
